About The Test

The basic allergy and intolerance test will give results on over 150 foods and 50 environmental substances plus a vitamin and mineral deficiency test. The patient`s results are recorded, after which advice as to how to eliminate the offending foods is given. In addition, if deemed necessary, then appropriate supplementation will be recommended.. I recommend a follow up appointment for a retest after a period of between 4 and 12 weeks depending on the specific results so that progress can be monitored. After 3 months on the elimination programme the patient is advised on the safe re-introduction of foods back into their diets

Skin prick tests (SPT) and Specific IgE blood tests are also available.
